We have used this property as a long-term rental. Most of the homes in Alberton are established family residences so there does seem to be a need and demand for rentals. There was no designated parking area for this house and so years ago, we purchased the adjoining bare lot for this purpose and to possibly add additional rentals. The bare lot is ~7000 sq. feet and zoned residential. It would be a great spot for another house/modular, nice shop/garage, storing your toys/camper or lovely garden/fruit tree area.
